Shipping Policy:
Shipping charges apply for all orders unless otherwise agreed to by the management.
All deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise agreed.
Sydney Metro Only,
Orders placed before 4:00pm will be delivered next day for goods ex-stock.
Outside Sydney Metro,
All Orders placed from outside Sydney Metro allow 48 - 72 hours for ex-stock items. Please contact Express Industrial Supplies Customer Services if you require specific delivery lead times for your location.
Standard is the default shipping method.
Carrier: Other - Other
A handling charge will be added to orders unless otherwise agreed to by the management.

Accepted Credit Card Types are as follows:
Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.
Amex will carry 3% surcharge.
Returns:
Any Products delivered to the Customer which are damaged or defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer's order, may be returned to Express Industrial Supplies within 30 days of delivery, at no cost to the Customer.
The Customer may otherwise return Products (excluding specially purchased products referred to below which may not be returned) to Express Industrial Supplies.

• Provided that it does so within 30 days of delivery;
• Provided that the Products are in their original packaging, unopened, and otherwise in a saleable condition; and at the Customer's own expense, or to the Customer's account.

Special Products:
Where a Customer requires a special product item which is not a Catalogue Product or a Contract Product, Express Industrial Supplies may procure the product item for the Customer. Special product purchases may only be available in the pack size or quantity offered by Express Industrial Supplies' Supplier.
Orders for a specially purchased product may not be cancelled or varied. No specially purchased product may be returned to Express Industrial Supplies, unless damaged or defective.
Return Procedure:
In the case of all Product returns:

• The invoice number must be quoted to, and a return authorisation number must first be obtained from, Express Industrial Supplies.
• A credit will be given to the Customer; and risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by Express Industrial Supplies.
• Restocking fees will be charged for returned items.
